Functional Fitness for Everyday Life

Welcome to my backyard studio where I offer Private and Semi-Private training with a focus on Pilates Reformer and Pilates Chair. I also offer small group Mat-based options such as Yoga and Pilates. 

My goal for a home studio is to make functional fitness more accessible to women so we can all live our strongest, healthiest, most aligned lives to enjoy whatever each day brings us. While Pilates is often the base of our work, we also allow ourselves space and tools to pause and work through tension and stress that sit in the body. It’s whole-body work to create balance within our workouts and within our lives. Think of it as more of a “Pilates + ____” approach for whole body functionality to meet whatever version of your body that shows up to a session.
